FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS

Please select one of the following delivery options with your first order:

Insulated Delivery Bag, Refundable Deposit
Recommended if you plan to order again. Your meals will be delivered in one of our insulated bags. Simply leave the empty bag on your porch or patio before your next delivery, and we will collect it when we drop off your new order.

If you are no longer ordering, your bag deposit is fully refundable. Return the bag to our kitchen or leave it under the covered patio in front of North City Bistro with your name, and we will refund your deposit.

One Time Delivery, Box with Ice
If you are placing a one time order, you may choose to have your meals delivered in a box with sealed bags of ice instead. This option does not require an insulated bag deposit.

Please note that a box with ice is intended for short term temperature control and cannot be guaranteed to maintain a safe refrigerated temperature for an extended period. Meals should be transferred to a refrigerator as soon as possible and within 2 hours of delivery, sooner during very hot weather. We recommend choosing the insulated bag option if your order may be left outside for an extended period.
