Chicken, Rice, and Vegetable

This will be a weekly offering. Going for the portioned controlled approach for those seeking to eat cleaner, and limit their caloric intake while getting basic nutrition. One cup of brown rice, 6oz chicken breast, and a cup of cooked vegetables. We will add a sauce on the side (aioli or jus to keep the meal interesting).


Nutritional Breakdown:

1 cup Brown rice = 216 calories

6 oz Chicken breast = about 280 calories

1 cup cooked Steamed Vegetable = 50 calories

Sauce calories will vary but shouldn't exceed 180 calories

total calories: about 546 without sauce, up to 726 with sauce

total protein: about 60g
